We are happy to refund or exchange any item within 14 days of the date of dispatch or collection if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).
Returned items must to in its original perfect condition, unworn with all labels attached and including where applicable any accessories or hangers
How to Return?
You can return goods in person to our store at Hallcraig Street in Airdrie.
For postal orders, email us at E: pdks@sky.com or call us on T: 01236 759900 to notify us of your intention to return and we will email you a Returns Form.
Fill in the Returns Form.
Package your items carefully ensuring all tags attached and any accessories or hangers are included. We recommend re-using the original posting bag or a new posting bag.
Returns are made at your own expense and we recommend using a tracked posting method for your own piece of mind.
